Dedication 2016 was a year of building, as we: • • • • • • • •

Invested in our video department Strengthened our internal communication resources Completed a visual rebrand of our company and prepared for our 20-year celebration Added digital communications expertise Received 11 creative awards Developed the 18th annual report for one of our oldest clients Key Technology Launched a successful campaign for WWU’s student employment Grew our team to 11 of the most talented people we could hope to work with

Among our successes, we were proud to complete an internal communication plan for the Southern California region of Adventist Health, which launched channels (e-letters, web, mobile, in-person presentations), defined messages, and created content (videos and e-letters). In addition, the target audience was surveyed at the conclusion of the year-long communication plan, and nine out of 10 said they better understood the “why” behind their work, they knew more about their region’s key strategies, they learned from the best practices in their sister organizations, and they have a better understanding of the value of working together as a region. We are looking forward to continuing to build our brand in 2017! DeLona Lang Bell President
