uality in health care and hospital accreditation is gaining importance in hospitals. Accreditation is an important factor in demonstrating patient safety, quality of care and cost containment in hospitals. The National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare providers (NABH) advocates a practical approach to the accreditation process and is most suitable for Indian hospitals. CMAI is pleased to inform and invite you for a 3-day Internal Counsellors Workshop (NABH ) in Gujarat. The candidates will be allotted seats on first-come first-served basis.

QCI is set up as an autonomous body by the Government of India to establish and operate National Accreditation Structure for conformity assessment bodies. National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH) is a constituent board of Quality Council of India, set up to establish and operate accreditation programme for health care organisations in India. Accreditation standards for hospitals have already been used in assessing the hospitals and it is in the process of developing standards for medical imaging services, blood bank and small health care organisations. NABH is an institutional member of International Society of Health Care (ISQua) and seeks global recognition of its accreditation for the overall benefit of Indian health care industry.
