PAGE 7 Artist's Posters Add a Personal Touch to Children's Rooms with All Proceeds From Sales Going to Adoption Fund

Year after year Faith Gingerich was a faithful attendee at Springtime in Ohio Craft Shows. She enjoyed the fun, entertainment and, most of all, the shopping. This May 7th, Faith will return again but not as an attendee. This very talented lady will be a Show Exhibitor, a welcome addition to our Cloud Production family. Faith created posters for family members and friends' children and nurseries. Their overwhelming response and their encouragement resulted in a new venture. Her posters add a personal touch to children's rooms rather than generic prints. The posters are comprised of painted vellum paper cut into requested or specialty shapes such as names, animals and sports themes. Her mother, Rita Schmidt, is also a talented lady who makes handmade crocheted items. Shopping decisions will be hard when you have such heart-made products! Faith and Travis, her husband, are in the process of adopting twins from Ethiopia. All proceeds from this show and future Cloud Productions' Shows are going directly into an adoption fund. Let Cloud Productions and family be the first to congratulate the new family. May your twins bless you doubly! Come out and visit Faith, Travis and Grandma in Building E, Booth 21.

The “Garden of Art created by Janet Ritter Davies Artist Janet Ritter Davies took up watercolor painting after her children were grown and left the nest. She then had time to do the things she always dreamed of doing. Janet had minimal formal art training and, for the most, sees herself as self-taught and a free lance artist. She delved into the art of batik and is also a calligrapher. She finds beauty in botanicals and nature. Her paintings encompass a variety of subject matter. Today, Janet gladly accepts commissions and contract work as she specializes in classic cars, home and architecture, portraits, beloved pets or special memorable events. Janet is a member of Toledo Commission for the Arts, Perrysburg Area Arts Council, Toledo Artists Club and two art guilds.

Always in Loving Memory of my dad, Daniel Buser As always this issue is dedicated to my late father, Dan. His knowledge and positive attitude gave me the strength to venture out and do something I love. He was my guidance when I needed it. Without him, this show would not be where it is today! Thanks again, dad! Another important aspect of my life and this show is my wonderfully dedicated mother, Elaine. She was not able to be here (in person) for the fall show and was greatly missed by myself and many others. Elaine was where she needed to be then and still is. She has a heart as big as the world and family is extremely important to her! Thanks Elaine for being everything, to everyone! Hoping to see her in May, but understand if she's once again not able to make it. My incredible husband Dean, my “let's get it done guy”, continues to stay busy with work full time and a few other “side projects”. He still manages to fit me and my needs in, so for him I am very appreciative. Heather continues to help here at Cloud Productions and just recently got promoted at the Findlay Municipal Court! Congratulations Heather! Evan will be turning 9 soon and keeps very active with his sports. Soccer and Basketball are great outlets for his energy! Fun to watch them grow and mature! My daughter, Danielle, her husband Cliff and granddaughter Mackenzie just welcomed the newest addition to their family. Maddison Darby arrived on February 24 and weighed in at (8bs/10oz). I had the honor of being in the room when Maddison was born into this world. Dean and I were able to be there for a few days afterwards to help everyone get settled in. All are doing well and little Mackenzie is growing up so fast. She is finally getting some Maddison Darby beautiful hair on her little head! The internet keeps us connected and I make trips to Virginia as often as I can! Ken, my youngest, is finishing his schooling at Ohio State University. The future is wide open for him. He is looking to continue into a Masters Program, the school is yet to be determined. He is doing his internship with a sports business in Columbus, studying and refereeing. Dustin will soon have an addition to his home as well! Dustin and Amber are expecting their first child in August. He will be welcomed home by Levi and Logan. As for myself, I keep very busy promoting some of Northwest Ohio's largest art and craft shows! Adding the Hamilton County Fairgrounds, just outside Indianapolis in Noblesville, Indiana has been a task, but one I am so happy I did! A beautiful facility awaits you for the Spring and Summer! Come out and see us, the Spring show is wait listed and the fall show is coming right along. I also found time to volunteer for a worthy organization here in Hancock County, Habitat for Humanity. Just finishing a well supported fund raiser, I am ready to settle in and finish up the preparations for our Springtime in Ohio! Hope you enjoy the efforts and planning that have gone into this year’s shows!

After working at a tourist venue for sometime and feeling frustrated hearing customers ask “Where are all the locally made products? Many requests were made from buyers wanting the same thing. Instead of waiting for someone, she decided she would do it and do it she did! In August 2009 she began laying the groundwork for the “Out West” business she was thinking about. She wanted only handcrafted products of fine quality by artists who live and work in the Rocky Mountains. An important aspect of the business is its principle of excellence and real customer service.
