2. Chablis 1er Cru ‘Vaillons’, Domaine Jean Defaix 2011 France | £35.00 Sourced from the 1er Cru site of Vaillons, this wine is rich with waxy apple and melon flavours. Mineral, bright and steely there is no oak, just pure fruit flavours demonstrating real Chablis quality.
3. Chassagne Montrachet, ‘Les Chaumes’, Domaine Roux 2010 France | £42.00 From one of Burgundy’s most famous towns. A wine displaying an intensity of apple, pear and peach blossom with underlying hints of vanilla and hazelnuts. Floral, delicate and elegant and endless.
