At Clipper A/S, we find it natural to combine good tradesmanship with these high standards and have a sense of responsibility as one of our most important core values.

Global Compact We work strategically on complying with the UN’s Global Compact; 10 basic principles, which for example work to improve the conditions for people and the environmental conditions.

Oeko-Tex 100 The majority of our raw materials are certified in accordance with the Oeko-Tex 100 standard. This ensures that consumers are not subjected to health hazardous influences from the knitwear.

Pure extra fine merino wool Our Italian extra fine merino wool is mulesing free, biodegradable and has been created with reduced use of water. Enjoy the extraordinary softness of this unique quality.

Pure mercerised merino wool Our mercerised merino wool has been especially developed for the 89-range. This amazing quality has a luxurious feel and appearance and offers enhanced comfort. As an added bonus, you can enjoy brighter colours, abrasion resistance and lower pilling.

Cotton The cotton fibre is so versatile that it can be woven or knitted into a bunch of different fabrics. Our cotton qualities range from sweat through pique to jersey. Cotton is strong, soft, breathable and comfortable – a natural product that is easy to wash and care for.

Wool blend Naturally versatile, our wool blend provides comfort and superior performance. Care for it, and it will reward you with lasting good looks.

Pure new wool Beautiful, versatile and resilient – pure new wool naturally breathes providing yearround comfort anywhere, any time. A perfect quality for our fisherman styles.

our size guide To give you the best experience with the Clipper garments, and to achieve the perfect fit, we recommend that you use this measurement manual.

How to measure Our measurement chart is based on your chest width. For greatest accuracy, please measure directly on your body and, if possible, have someone take your measurements rather than yourself. Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping tape under your armpits and around your shoulder blades. Your chest width will correspond to a recommended size in our measurement chart.

Different fits Our garments come in either classic fit or modern fit. See which fit applies at the top of each product page.

Classic fit Our classic fit is the traditional choice that gives you more freedom moving - this guarantees comfort and elegance at the same time.

Modern fit Our modern fit has a trimmer cut and slightly fitted armholes. It offers you a slimmer and more stylish look without restricting you.
