So, let’s take the recent events as a little warning to you that we have to keep changing, we have to keep growing, keep developing, keep thinking differently, keep empowering our teams and allow them to step up; allow them to flap their wings and test what they can do when they have to. Nobody achieves great things when they find themselves trapped in a matchbox like a butterfly flapping their wings, so desperate to show you how beautiful they can be. The stories could come thick and fast; we have had deaths in our client families, whole offices burnt down to nothing but a pile of ash, marital breakdowns which have sent shockwaves and a ripple effect through the business which has taken years to recover from.
