Over the past 15 years Flying Colors has grown into a fashion forward choice for students, alumni, and fans. Flying Colors specializes in missy cut, fashionable apparel though our top sellers appeal to many age demographics. We stand out by offering unique designs and details, quality fabrications and custom decorations incorporating a variety of techniques from screen printing, embroidery, transfers and appliques. We will always strive to provide quality products and unique styles to keep you looking your best.

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions are made by and between Flying Colors Apparel (FCA) and the individual or entity submitting the applicable purchase order from FCA and are effective as the date of submission of your order. These terms govern your purchase of goods from FCA, and by placing an order with FCA, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.

Acceptance of Orders

All orders are subject to approval by the home office regarding price, quantities, and artwork. Before processing, orders must include complete shipping, billing, garment, and decoration information and must be accompanied by an authorized purchase order or full payment.

Pricing

Orders are accepted at the price in effect at time of receipt. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Prices include royalties and decoration up to 3 colors, each additional color cost $1.50.

Terms

Payment: All customers are required to pay prior to decoration. Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express all accepted.

Net30 on approval of $5000+. 30% deposit due before going into production.

Order Minimums

12 pieces per design- multiple garments can be combined to meet minimums if design size and ink colors can stay the same.

Minimum opening order is $300.00. Orders not meeting the minimum print requirement will be subject to a surcharge of 15%.

For custom art 24 piece minimum, as well as minimum of 3 color is included in decorated price. $1.50 will be added for each additional color and cannot exceed 6 colors. Art sharing is for custom/resort orders only.

Packaging and Shipping

All goods are bulked packed in heavy- duty cartons. A handling charge may be applied to your order. Orders are shipped F.O.B. from Baltimore warehouse via UPS or Common Carrier ground. Priority and air shipments are available.

Order Policy

Specific delivery requirements must be indicated and approved at the time orders are placed. Modification to or cancellation of orders must be done by writing to the home office within 7 days of the order being placed with home office approval. An order cannot be cancelled once an acknowledgment has been sent or merchandise has been put into production.

Returns

Claims of defective merchandise must be made within 15 days of receipt of goods. In the event of a return, a return authorization number must be obtained from the home office. RMA form in the New Customer guide.
