SportsAble A Maidenhead based charity that promotes awareness of disability through sport and recreational activities was awarded a total of £2,000 from the Three Fund to continue its ‘Sunday Funday’ sessions. These sessions give local disabled children and their siblings a chance to explore sport and fun and games in their own time at their own speed.

Comic Relief Local Communities Programme Aik Saath work with people from all communities, faiths and backgrounds to promote and encourage peace, human rights and community cohesion through peer-led education. The group was awarded £9,000 from the Comic Relief Local Communities programme to train 20 young people in the conflict resolution project which equips young people with the knowledge, skills and experiences to make a sustained positive difference in their local community.
