Supporting voluntary groups across the county

Working in partnership with the Berkshire Community Foundation, provides local charities and community groups with online fundraising webpages, as well as the opportunity to be part of a community that supports with fundraising, enabling organisations to become more effective and sustainable. This year voluntary groups have raised £181,904 through

Berkshire Autistic Society A grant of £9,965 from the Royal Wedding Fund was awarded to increase the number of carer visits and carer support group meetings. The funding enabled visits to124 parents in their homes offering advice, support and local information on health, schooling and handling disruptive behaviour. 6
