Clayton Perlman began his career working as a superintendent for his family real estate business, and worked his way up to an acquisitions position. During the mid and late 1980s, with his family company, he built single-family homes in New Jersey. Throughout the 1990s he continued to develop single-family homes as well as multi-family homes. A large part of Clayton Perlman’s career has been family-centric.
