Dear Classic Heights Resident: The Classic Heights Community Association will be offering one-season memberships to the swimming pool for the 2013 season. The pool will be open daily from Saturday, May 25, until Monday, Sept. 2. Hours of the pool are 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (with swimming from 7:00 – 9:00 a.m. for adults only). Pool membership dues are $150 if paid by May 18 and $175 if paid after May 18, so please pay early. It was decided to keep the membership the same price as last year. $$$ Do you like to save money?? Do you know a resident (new or otherwise) that did not have a 2012 pool membership? If you refer that resident to join the pool this year, then both you and that resident can each receive a $25 discount if you both list it on your pool registration form. Pool dues, signed agreements, and keys will be exchanged only at the pool. New pool keys and tags will only be issued to the Head of Household or spouse. Please see the attached Membership Agreement. Please print & read the rules and regulations carefully, fill it out & sign, and make checks payable to “Classic Heights Community Association, Inc.”. Please bring both your signed agreement and check to the pool, located at 15831 Impala Drive, on one of the following dates: Sat., May 11, 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. Thurs., May 16, 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. Sat., May 18, 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. If you cannot attend one of these dates, please email the Board at or call 207-4123 to make other arrangements. Please note you will still have to pay by Saturday, May 18, to qualify for the discounted membership rate of $150. If you experience any problems or concerns with the pool or pool members/guests, please feel free to email the Board at or call 207-4123. Please be as detailed as possible as we will document disturbances and report them to local authorities, if necessary. Please leave your name and address (or key tag #) and phone # if you would like to. Any complaints will remain anonymous. The Board reserves the right to revoke the membership and/or future membership of any household not abiding by the rules and regulations. Please note that if there is an emergency situation, please dial 911. Again this year, pool members will be able to have food & drink (only non-alcoholic and non-glass items allowed) at the pool in a designated area only. The Board of Health is very strict about this and will be checking for violations. If food is found on the pool deck, they can shut down the pool. Please remember that if residents take care of our Association pool (picking up trash, respecting the pool property and others at the pool, reporting problems or issues, or even making suggestions, etc.), the pool will truly be a great place to meet your neighbors and enjoy the summer! Feel free to bring your own chairs when visiting the pool, as the pool can occasionally get crowded on a hot summer day. Sincerely, Classic Heights Community Association, Inc., Board of Directors
