Guyaux is a traditional French chocolatier since 1931 and still a family run company, headed by the second and third generations. They are one of the last remaining independent chocolate makers in the Paris area. The bonbons are hand decorated for an ‘artisanal’ aspect and only the finest quality raw materials are used: chocolate is 100% pure cocoa butter; old fashioned Praliné paste is made from 50% hazelnut or almonds and 50% sugar; no fresh cream is in the fillings, only ganaches made of fruit or syrup giving a longer shelf life without compromising on flavour.
