What Your Lunch Snack at Work Should Be

aving a lunch snack these days is a challenge especially since the not-so healthy ones seem more attractive and alluring than actually healthy ones. In fact, once you step out of your office building in search of food for your lunch, it is so easy to just buy a big, fatty greasy burger coupled with some oily fries and carbonated drink from the nearby pub instead of walking a mile further to the organic food store filled with better lunch options. If you always find yourself with such few choices for lunch, then you definitely should dedicate your weekend by preparing your food so that when the weekday comes, you do not have to be constrained to buy what is convenient and not what should be a good source of nutrition for your body. If you do want to have salad for your lunch, you can couple it with some salmon or tuna and throw in a fruit for your healthy snack right after. You might want to throw in a natural marinara sauce that you can make in less than 10 minutes in your own kitchen for that added spice to your sandwich. If you want to go a little more adventurous, you can go for a burger made of spicy chicken breast with your favorite choice of greens, tomatoes, jalapenos and for a twist, a ring or two of pineapples to balance out the spiciness of your meat.
