We salute the Camera Club whose busy members are resp'o nsible for many of the pictures in the "News" and this yearbook. Without their help the Chaminade publications would not be complete. These flash bulb fanatics are to be found in their combination club room and dark room which adjoins the Physics lab. The faculty advisor, Brother Joseph Concannon, S.M., stresses the founding purpose of the club: "To provide enjoyment and technical experience while serving others." High on the lisi of favorites of the club members IS their prized speed graphic camera.

Organized to bring the dreams of a new Chaminade into a brick and concrete fact, the Building Fund Committee has undertaken the project that is a dream of alumni, student, and faculty. Pioneers in their task, they have disregarded the many difficulties facing them and have plunged headlong into their work. Under the careful supervision of Brother Joseph Buettner, S.M., the committee steadily surges forward with their worthwhile. task. The "Eagle" students of the future can speak with respect of the Committee' that furnished them with an ultra modern Chaminade.
