In our modern experience, we don’t talk about prophets much anymore. We celebrate those who use data mining and trend analysis and consumer research to accurately predict the ups and downs of financial markets. We reward the coach who calls the right play or makes an effective substitution in the big game with an extended contract and more money. We marvel at the success of entrepreneurs whose product, seemingly out of nowhere, captures the hearts and dollars of consumers. But, prophets?

We predict enrollment trends, anticipate cash flow requirements, study demographics, and project tuition assistance needs and potential response of our benefactors. In all these things, we strive to see into the future — to “read the signs of the times,” as Blessed Chaminade taught the early Brothers to do.

This publication also serves as a springboard for a new school year. We welcome our largest incoming class in four years. They will get to meet new faces and familiar veterans on our faculty and staff and experience new and renewed facilities, including the Eagle Tennis Center and a new art classroom on the first floor at the center of the building. We welcome first-time CJ parents with tools that help them chart the academic progress of their son or daughter and with opportunities for involvement with one of our parent groups.

SUMMARY O F T H E Y E AR Increasing CJ Community Support For the third consecutive year, we have been blessed with significant growth in the support of our Annual Fund and other contributions by a large number of alumni, families, friends and foundations. Their generosity has provided the financial support necessary to fund a significant portion of our annual operating needs.

This past year, we celebrated our 160/125 Anniversary commemorating the founding of our first predecessor school and the dedication we have shown to our current location here on Ludlow and Franklin Streets. Throughout the year, we have held many celebrations highlighting our past and looking forward to the future. As we look for ways to improve upon our excellence, we are encouraged by the number of committed alumni, parents and friends that prioritize CJ in their annual giving.

2011 Development Revenue Summary The 2011 Annual Fund includes gifts received during CJ’s 2011 fiscal year (July 1, 2010-June 30, 2011).

Y E A R ’S HI GH L IG H T S We celebrate the successes of the year — great and small. We offer them to God with a prayer of thanksgiving for the many blessings, seen and unseen, that have been bestowed on the CJ community and all who are members of this wonderful family.

Catholic Faith The student body was recognized in May for contributing more than 10,400 volunteer hours above what the school requires, equivalent to just over $200,000. During the year, students, faculty and staff combined to either host and/or take part in nine charity fund raising events. More than $6,500, and more than 2,000 canned food goods and non-perishable items were donated to local organizations in addition to the annual blood drive.

Monetary donations also benefited the Mariaist MIRACLE program in Malawi, Africa; the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur working in Brazil to fight against human trafficking; and established high school scholarships for underprivileged girls living in Belize. In recognition of the school’s 160/125 anniversary, CJ hosted its first Chaminade and Julie Service Days in April. For one day, female students attended classes while male students spent half the day in activities learning about school history. The other half was spent volunteering at one of over 20 service sites in Dayton. The following day, CJ became an all-boys school while the girls learned about school history and served the Dayton community. Other service projects included the Eagle Pep Band performing at the St. Vincent de Paul “Friends of the Poor” walk; over 175 volunteering at the Join Hands Miami Valley event; faculty

and staff delivering cakes and posters to Catholic elementary schools during Catholic Schools Week; CJ, Alter and Carroll hosting a Super Bowl party at St. Vincent de Paul; and religious education students and parents from CJ, St. Albert and Holy Angels parishes making meals to feed more than 1,000 people at St. Vincent de Paul.

Excellent Academics The class of 2011 received nearly $8 million in college scholarships. Graduates will be attending more than 40 schools including Yale University, Virginia Military Institute, Saint Mary’s College, University of Notre Dame, Oxford College of

Emory University, and the Sciences Po Paris- Campus de Reims in Paris, France. Six seniors were recognized for their accomplishments in the National Merit Scholarship and the National Achievement Scholarship Programs. Two new academic resources opened this year: the CJ Writing Center, which provides coaching for students and adults, and the Eagles Learning Center, which provides an afterschool study environment for students. As of June, CJ is the only Catholic high school in the nation — and just one of eleven schools nationwide — to be dually certified in biomedical sciences and pre-engineering by Project Lead the Way. For the fifth year in a row, the quiz bowl team won the Greater Cincinnati Academic League championship, besting schools like Moeller and St. Xavier while five CJ JCOWA teams placed top 10 in a field of 33 teams representing seven schools.

Other academic achievements include four science fair students receiving a rating of Superior at the State level; ten art exhibits featuring work by CJ artists, with nine students winning awards; 17 students placing in several writing contests with two students earning national awards; a State finalist in the Ohio Poetry Out Loud Contest; six receiving outstanding marks on the National Latin exam; and the selection of 11 students to participate in the music OMEA Honors Festival.

Enriched Community CJ celebrated 160 years of private Catholic secondary education in Dayton in the traditions of the Marian-

ists, Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur, and Sisters of Charity; and 125 years at its current location on Franklin and Ludlow Streets— demonstrating the school’s strong commitment to serving students from all areas of the Miami Valley. City Connects completed its pilot high school program at CJ. The initiative seeks to provide the best high school experience possible for students by addressing strengths and needs of each student. Highlights this year included partnering with the YWCA of Dayton to provide the Girls, INC. program; implementing the Eagle’s Learning Center, staffed by students from the University of Dayton; providing leadership opportunities, including attendance at the Greater Dayton Conference on Youth; developing an individual student support plan for each freshman.

New clubs this year included men’s and women’s Eagles lacrosse teams, made possible through the coordination of Mary Reis, ’77, and a full equipment grant; and ski club, organized by John Buerschen ‘11 with help from English teacher Beth Marshall. The spring musical “Grease” was one of the most well attended performing arts productions ever, selling more than 1,500 tickets. Six members of the class of 2011 signed a National Letter of Intent to compete in NCAA athletics. Team victories included the women’s track team winning the OATCCC State Indoor Track Meet and the GGCL Grey North championship, with top ten finishes in seven events at State. The men’s team was regional runnersup while Bryan Cain ‘11, won an individual State championship in the 300 meter hurdles.

With nearly every Eagle rower medaling at the Midwest Rowing Championships, the men’s and women’s crew teams each qualified to send a boat to the U.S. Rowing Youth National Championships. Amy O’Loughlin ‘86, science department co-chair and biomedical sciences teacher, was selected to become a Project Lead the Way (PLTW) Core Training instructor for the Level 2: Human Body Systems course. Instructors are appointed by the national program to conduct the mandatory two-week professional development courses for fellow teachers wishing to become certified PLTW instructors. In addition to Amy, three other teachers earned certification to teach PLTW courses and include: Amanda Ooten, Brad Kassner, and Bob Young, Advanced degrees were also earned by teachers Andy Helms, Greg Mueller, Amy O’Loughlin ‘86, Amanda Ooten, and Jim Sparrow.

Religion teacher Mick Mominee was one of ten recipients to win the second annual Sister Dorothy Stang Award. The award is given to Catholic faculty members, parish lay ministers, and graduating high school seniors in the Archdiocese of Cincinnati who demonstrate the values of Sr. Stang, SNDdeN,’45. Social Studies teacher Jim Sparrow earned a National Endowment for the Humanities fellowship to explore the old mining towns of Montana and study under the direction of faculty members considered experts in the field at an intensive teachers’ workshop in July 2011. It is Sparrow’s second NEH fellowship experience.

Campus Since its opening in August 2010, the Student Conditioning Center has facilitated a multitude of purposes. In addition to gym classes and student athlete conditioning, the Center has played host to Eagle Youth teams, alumni reunions, retreats and school gatherings — far surpassing the expected usage for the Center. On the heals of the opening of the Student Conditioning Center, ground was broken in May to make way for the Eagle Tennis Center, scheduled to open this fall.

E A G L E COUNCIL The Eagle Council recognizes the generous support of those who make gifts at the leadership level. Membership is open to alumni, current parents, parents of alumni, and friends of CJ who contribute a gift of $1,000 or more to the Annual Fund. Opportunities for leadership giving at five membership levels include the new PRESIDENT level to recognize gifts of $10,000 or more. 8

ince our 50th reunion, I’ve rarely missed one of our class monthly luncheons. This past June we celebrated our 65th reunion which was particularly special—it was held at Chaminade Julienne. Thirty-three members of our class convened at the school, sharing memories of our high school experience, sharing a meal, and sharing in a Mass. It felt like home.

When I think back to high school days and look over my life, I realize that my years at Julienne were among some of my best experiences. I remember Sister Bernadette Marie, the school’s first principal, who was still the principal during my high school years. The way she handled herself—she was the epitome of womanhood and authority! Her appearance alone commanded respect and I wanted to pattern my adult life after her. It was during my high school years that I developed a firm moral foundation and that is when my Catholic faith was strengthened. The experience made me the person I am today. That’s why I am so fond of CJ. The school is providing its students with the same Catholic foundation I received coupled with strong academics and enrichment programs. T~ ~FAC Beyond that, students are taught to recognize and express , ns, band h lunc eo gratitude for the blessings they have been given. I reguThrough the CJ STEMM s it nd choir, a s, CJ expanded ni larly donate to CJ and recently received a hand-written m e lu ri a e s r re speake invite even mo year— is to h th note from one young lady thanking me for contributing c ts a outre studen areness ct with to intera ing alumni’s aw e to her education. It was the first time I’d ever received g plac increas is takin something like that from any organization to which I’ve of what pus today. on cam contributed. It was a very nice touch and affirmed my belief in what is taught at CJ, and the type of young adults the administrators and teachers are developing.

LAURA JO RDAN RO E S CH Executive Director, Catholic Social Services of the Miami Valley | Catholic Faith

t Catholic Social Services of the Miami Valley, we are grateful for the energy and enthusiasm of student volunteers. What is most exceptional is their desire to understand how their time spent volunteering makes a difference in the lives of our clients. Chaminade Julienne students ask insightful questions that demonstrate compassion, caring and respect for all people. They continue to set a high standard for dedication, attention to detail, and desire to serve their community. As part of the school’s Chaminade and Julie Days, students spent half a day serving at more than 20 sites in Dayton, including Catholic Social Services. Here, they volunteered in our food pantry, read to children in our early childhood education program, collected household items for refugee families, and assembled large mailings for our development office. Once tried, volunteering often becomes an integral part of students’ lives. One of our most dedicated student volunteers, Chris Menart ’12, began working in our pantry five years ago as a Boy Scout. He feels as if he’s making a real visceral difference in Dayton. His mom, Teresa, feels that her son’s experience at CSS has enkindled in him a spirit of14service that will last a lifetime.

o much of what makes an education at Chaminade Julienne complete are the school’s offerings of enrichment programs such as art and music. My husband, Bob ’61, and I were pleased to participate in CJ’s community choir this past year, which performed during one of the 160/125 anniversary celebrations and at graduation. Through these experiences we gained an appreciation for the high quality of CJ’s music program. Debi Schutt, music director and performing arts chair, and her assistant, Joe Whatley ‘04, are both vibrant individuals who show deep commitment and enthusiasm for their work—and, it’s obvious they share this attitude with students. Debi and Joe are professional and capable teachers and enjoy a very good relationship with students, as evidenced by the positive attitude the students reflect both on and off the stage. ~

hrough CJ and the Family Marianist Retreat Center in Cape May, NJ, I had a grasp on what the Marianist’s mission was about and I knew I wanted to be a part of it. So last year, as a sophomore at the University of Dayton, I decided to become a Contact with the Marianists, which is a step in discerning a vowed religious life as a Brother. The germination of this decision can be traced back to my years at CJ where I interacted with the Marianists and attended retreats that encouraged me to consider a religious vocation. As a junior, I attended a Marianist vocations conference in Texas that brought students together from Marianist high schools across the country. We talked about vocations, figuring out who we are, and what we wanted to do with our lives. As a senior Kairos leader, I began to think about how to incorporate the Marianist spirit into my life. In addition to retreats, CJ provides students with many opportunities to learn about the Marianists and the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur. Teachers encourage open dialogue about the school’s founders and invite members of the Orders into their classrooms for discussions. The school’s caring, cooperative, mentoring, and diverse community is an excellent atmosphere for students to cultivate and grow their faith. Retreats, mission trips, and community outreach help enrich 18 students’ spirituality and community awareness. CJ’s reach T~ ~FAC in values and mission goes well beyond school walls hip Leaders isters and, I believe, motivates students like me to discover the S m o fr s and team Namur even more about God’s calling in their lives. ame de rk with D e tr o of N ts wo

oing to Chaminade was such a wonderful experience. We had students from all walks of life, all different socioeconomic backgrounds, and we just kind of blended into one big family. I believe Chaminade Julienne continues to offer students what was provided to me, and fellow classmates, over 50 years ago — a great education, faith development, discipline, and the opportunity for every kid to be involved with an activity. As a restaurant owner, I’ve had quite a few CJ students work for me over the years, and I can frequently tell them apart from other students. When they arrive, they come to work and not play around. They have a value system that is evidently instilled or reinforced T~ by the school, and one that comes through in their attitude ~FAC ss Gifts made and work ethic. That’s where I see the tradition continu50th Cla 61 960 & 19 ir 50th 1 f o e sses ing — these kids seem to be a cut above the rest, more The Cla ts in honor of th ear. is y l gif th ia s c n e o p ti s mature and disciplined. ra counted n celeb They have a sense of pride in their school — the way they talk about their school, about CJ. They like the diversity and the fact that most of the kids there are involved in a sport, club, or activity. They seem to know a lot about each other and take great pride in each other’s accomplishments. I recognize the spirit! It’s the same sense of pride that my class possessed.

When I was a freshman, there were about a dozen classes and we each wanted to be the best. So when it came our turn to celebrate 50 years, it should come to no one’s surprise that, again, the Class of 1960 wanted to be the best! Our commitment resulted in an all-time record for the largest class contribution. That’s class pride, and I’m proud of my class! It’s the kind of pride that I hope inspires future classes to strive to be “the best,” and to continually bring out the best in each other.

he best way to see what is happening at CJ is to visit the school during a typical afternoon. My wife, Liz ’63, and I had the opportunity to do just that. While the hallways matched images firmly etched in our minds, the observance of classes quickly showed us that today’s students are moving forward faster and further than previous generations. We had great conversations with students, who were highly motivated by their teachers and coaches. While some things have changed, the emphasis of the school has not. If you can’t travel to CJ, tour the school’s Web site — There, you can see that CJ remains strong in science and general education, while the arts program is being enthusiastically renewed. It is impressive that student service hours are required. The school’s core values suggest that students are building a strong foundation for making smart choices. My special interest is improving the teaching of economics in high schools. CJ is doing a fine job through its government class and provides extra opportunities via outside summer workshops available to teachers and students. In working with high schools in seven states, I have found that only Chaminade Julienne had the focused energy from dedicated teachers like Jim Sparrow to provide consistent participation each summer. Having met students and teachers, Liz and I are more excited than ever to help support them. My hope is that by relaying our own experience, you can begin perceiving some of the very good things that are taking place at CJ and be motivated to connect back to the school in the way most meaningful to you. 22

Adjunct Professor, University of Dayton; Retired Superintendent; and CJ Board Member Alumni | Excellent Academics

s a member of CJ’s student advisory committee and Board of Trustees, I have a unique perspective on what takes place behind the scenes at Chaminade Julienne. I see first-hand that the school’s leadership and faculty incorporate a specific blend of programs and practices that support the development of the whole student. The school’s academic standard is geared toward college enrollment while its partnership with Boston College — in developing City Connects — promotes a deeper understanding of each student’s unique strengths and needs which are then addressed.

This past year, CJ was evaluated by several outside organizations. In addition to CJ’s work with Boston College, a Marianist evaluation team gave the school high marks based on check points for academics, mission and community, while the Ohio Catholic School Accrediting Association renewed the school’s full certification. After a thorough evaluation by a team from Project Lead the Way, CJ STEMM’s biomedical sciences and pre-engineering programs both became nationally certified—the only Catholic high school in the nation to have this certification! Students continue to demonstrate increased academic success comparable with the best high schools in the region measurable through the Ohio Graduation Test (OGT) and the ACT college readiness test.

In an effort to continue to improve the curriculum, the faculty is involved with curriculum mapping as well as an End of Course Exam project with Battelle for Kids. This program is another tool used to improve curriculum and instruction, which, in turn, is delivered by a highly 25 motivated and trained faculty. Strong academics set within a framework of faith-based tradition and service to others remains a hallmark of CJ tradition as evidenced by the school’s service program that generated over 10,400 in donated hours this past year. At CJ, students are not only prepared for academic success and leadership, they learn how success can be magnified throughout a lifetime through a strong foundation in the practice of our Catholic faith. For me, there is no question that CJ is the place to be.

he summer before my junior year of high school I transferred to Chaminade Julienne because I believed I needed to be there in order to achieve my dreams. That decision turned out to be the best decision of my life. The teachers, coaches, and friends that I met during my time at CJ challenged me to become the best student, athlete, and person I could be. From day one, I was pushed hard to catch up to the rigorous academic expectations our teachers and coaches had for us, while at the same time I was learning the importance of impacting the lives of others in our community.

Fortunately, the guidance I received at CJ gave me the opportunity to earn a football scholarship to Michigan State University where I earned a degree and went on to my current career in the NFL. I always told myself that when the day came that I was in a position to give back to my community I would, and a few years ago I was able to start the BJ Kids 91 Foundation which impacts the lives of kids in our Dayton community. I have had the opportunity to impact the lives 26 of thousands of young people through my Foundation’s charities and I look forward to doing much more in the years to come. I will always remember the lessons I learned at CJ — including the value of committing yourself to community service, and the opportunity I was given by my parents to attend such an incredible school.

Alumni | Excellent Academics

tudents who may want to pursue a career in engineering or biomedical science have an ideal avenue for exploration in these fields through the Project Lead the Way program at CJ. I was active in PLTW in my junior and senior years, taking a series of advanced courses that taught me basic engineering and problem solving skills. I had a clear advantage when I entered the University of Dayton’s engineering program last fall. During one of my mechanical drawing classes at UD, the professor asked if anyone had heard of Autodesk Inventor, a 3-D mechanical design software. I was one of four students in the class who raised their hands. Not only had I heard of it, I was already proficient in using it! On top of that, I was prepared to actively participate in class discussions regarding the engineering design process. Now, one year into my college program, I am already collaborating on a large-scale project in a refining process at Techmetals, an engineering firm in East Dayton. I believe that the opportunity to be employed at a place such as Techmetals is in large part due to the skills I learned through PLTW.

The Class of 2010 began the tradition of pledging gifts to the Chaminade Julienne Annual Fund through a program called Pledge It Forward, resulting in the second highest level of participation of any of our alumni classes. This tradition has now been passed down to the Class of 2011 who had 71% of their classmates pledge gifts to the Annual Fund over the next five years.

PLTW courses are excellent for students who have a strong aptitude in math and science. I had always been interested in math, but wondered where it could take me. Being involved in CJ STEMM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math and Medicine) enabled me to identify my strengths, gave me clearer understanding of engineering, and directed me to actual work in a field that I enjoy.

PA R E N T COMMUNITY Vibrant, encouraging and involved — parents of students at Chaminade Julienne take an active role in providing the wonderful extras that contribute to the excellence of the community. Joining parent organizations and committees, volunteering at the fish fry, concession stands, teacher appreciation events, hosting after prom and mother/daughter brunch are a few ways parents lend invaluable support to CJ. We are truly grateful.

Alumni | Enriched Community

s an active parent at CJ, I see the impact the new Student Conditioning Center, CJ STEMM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math and Medicine) classes, and the strong extra-curricular programs are having in attracting new families to CJ. My husband, Dan, and I hosted a reception for prospective CJ parents in our home to share more information about what sets the school apart. It’s so exciting to see families who don’t have a history of attending CJ become interested in what the school has to offer. One of the things most striking about our school is how welcoming the community continues to be and how CJ projects such a positive attitude about education. For me, one of the most exciting things about CJ is the performing arts department. My children, Peter ‘13, a junior, and Julianne ‘15, a freshman, are interested in music and theater. School productions are strongly supported by students, teachers and parents, which enables the performers to develop their talent and confidence — an experience that brings the student body closer together. In addition to performance, the department also offers students to explore their talents through a variety of bands, choirs, and positions on the stage and technical crews. Dan and I also believe in the charisms of the Marianists and Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur. They are so focused on teaching and reaching out to the poor in our community and beyond. There is a strong service component to an education at CJ — and at the core of all of its groups — that is weaved around those charisms. It’s an experience that students typically do not have in grade school and another quality that makes CJ so very unique. It makes me so proud to be a graduate and a CJ parent!

O T H E R G I F T S We deeply appreciate the support of those who recognize the need for the kind of Catholic educational experience that helps shape the lives of young adults, and see the value that the school’s mission brings to the Dayton community, and the gifts of leadership that students carry out into the world.

City Connects at CJ

n many ways, working at Chaminade Julienne has allowed me an opportunity to live out my vocation. The City Connects program, new at CJ this year, seeks to address student strengths and needs through a holistic lens, recognizing that who our students are and what leads them to success is truly a culmination of all of the people, experiences, and circumstances in their lives. Student support plans were created for each freshman this year to help provide them with the best high school learning experience possible. The plans address areas of enrichment, prevention, and intervention providing ways for students, educators, and families to work together. Thus allowing students to live out our mission of becoming lifelong learners, contributing members of society, and people of compassion, integrity, and service.

Addressing what seems to be non-academic concerns is important. An example of this is the student food pantry we established last November. The pantry provides lunch for any students who may not have another option that day. It enables students to focus on their education and priorities at school instead of allowing hunger to affect their ability to learn and thrive. By tracking 35 usage of the pantry, City Connects may also identify larger issues in the family and provide resources to address them. The work of City Connects is about more than data and outcomes. It is about changing our world, recognizing the unique gifts that each student has to share, and believing that what we do truly does bring Christ into the world.

Teacher & Head Football Coach Campus Development

s a teacher and coach at CJ, I understand the impact that first-rate high school facilities have on helping to provide an excellent educational experience for students. They compliment our academic programs and give us tools to help develop our students in every aspect of their lives—morally, intellectually, and physically. Our new Student Conditioning Center and Eagle Tennis Center help us fulfill that mission. For starters, the Student Conditioning Center encourages all students to get in better condition. As a football coach, I see how student athletes and other coaches use the weightlifting stations and practice areas to become better at what they do, forming even stronger teams. Teams like football, soccer and lacrosse can use the Center’s indoor turf when weather conditions would normally cancel a practice. The Center also allows coaches to keep more students on campus, increasing practice time and eliminating the need to commute to other practice fields. The Center is also large enough for gatherings like school retreats and alumni reunions while teachers use it as an additional place to take their classes. After school, the Center is not only busy with CJ athletes, but also with young students playing on Eagle Youth program teams. We foresee the Eagle Tennis Center also accommodating various uses once it opens its gates this fall. There is new excitement generated because our campus is evolving. There’s a buzz. We are very grateful to all of the members of this great CJ community for your support so clearly evident in this report. As current parents and parents of alumni, we know firsthand how much our community gives of itself to provide for an excellent Catholic educational experience for our students. The level of Annual Fund support this year and over the past several years, in the face of headwinds in our economy, is nothing short of incredible and a continuing tribute to the spirit of the CJ community. Thank you for being an important part of CJ’s success.

This past year we continued to see successful accomplishments that build and enhance the excellence that is the legacy of CJ. This is not just our own internal evaluation of progress, but is substantiated by external assessments that confirm the high caliber of our academics and faith formation. The most telling assessment is that of the increased number of families who have enrolled their children at CJ for the coming year, and increased our incoming freshman class by over 30%! We are also very pleased to see the many new opportunities made available to students, prospective students and alumni with the opening of the Student Conditioning Center—a place buzzing with activity since the doors opened in August. Our CJ STEMM “Project Lead the Way” curriculum for Biomedical Sciences and Engineering Sciences has been nationally certified this year—and, CJ has the preeminent honor to be the only Catholic High School in the nation that has dual certification. This is a tremendous tribute recognizing the caliber and commitment of our program implementation that has occurred over the last five years, the dedication and excellence of our science department faculty, and the support of CJ community members on our “Project Lead the Way” Board. Every four years an external assessment team from the Society of Mary visits their schools and audits the effectiveness of the propagation of the Characteristics of Marianist education. Their report for CJ this year was very positive and affirming that we have integrated our Catholic faith throughout all aspects of the CJ experience. Our Catholic identity is clearly evident and our faculty and staff carry the faith to our students in a very dedicated way. In addition to the guidance that we receive from The Marianists and the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur, we sincerely thank both sponsors for their continued support and commitment to CJ. We also thank the Trustees and the many hard-working volunteer members of our Board Advisory Councils for their ongoing commitment and hard work to help advance CJ. As Jeff Cox assumes the Board Chair role for the 2011-2012 academic year, we both look forward with excitement to the prospects for the coming year. Equally so, we are honored to be able to be part of the CJ community that serves our school so blessedly. May the peace of Christ be with you all,
