amorris@communityjournals.com Several members of the Greenville legislative delegation say they are poised to take legal action to slow Greenville Health System’s (GHS) progress toward a governance change that could hand operational control to a private non-profit. Multiple legislators expressed concern about the speed of the process and a potential new private board that would have no public oversight.
