After breakfast you will be taken to a Truffle seeking demonstration with professional expert guide and trained dog. Tasting meal made of truffles (one of the most appreciated mushrooms in the world). The goal of this demonstration is educational, for the guests to get to know better truffle seeking tradition in Istria. Sightseeing of Motovun – a small medieval town situated on an hill, surrounded by the walls. Free time for coffee. Overnight in hotel. 3.day
CAVE BAREDINE - TASTING ISTRIAN HAM - POREČ
After breakfast, visit cave Baredine. Tour of Konobon gallery - exhibition on bread, olive oil and wine (collection of numerous presses, threshing machines, boxes, local tools and technologies from different periods). Tasting Istrian ham, cheese and olives. Sightseeing of Porec. Overnight in hotel. 4.day
WINE AND OLIVE OIL TASTING - ROVINJ
After breakfast, visit agricultural producer in Poreč, guided tour of vineyard and winecellar, tasting 1 wine, olive oil and cheese. Guided tour of Rovinj - one of the most pitoresque Mediterranean towns. Overnight in hotel. 5.day After breakfast, check out and departure.
