Membership YMCA membership is not required to enjoy many of the programs that are offered; however, membership benefits include free fitness classes – including group and water exercise classes, wellness assessment, free Kid Zone while parents work out (included with family membership), savings on programs such as summer day camp, youth sports and swim lessons. Members also enjoy access to any participating YMCA location nationwide.
