Senior Tai Chi This class is for those who wish to gently strengthen and tone their muscles, increase joint flexibility and promote better balance in a fun and encouraging setting. Working while seated or standing, and with instrumental music to focus breathing, the flowing, meditative movements of gentle stretches and graceful Chen-style silk reeling motions allow each participant to work at his or her own pace and comfort level. If you missed the local Genealogy Convention in St. Charles, this will appeal to you.
