Senior Tai Chi This class is for those who wish to gently strengthen and tone their muscles, increase joint flexibility and promote better balance in a fun and encouraging setting. Working while seated or standing, and with instrumental music to focus breathing, the flowing, meditative movements of gentle stretches and graceful Chen-style silk reeling motions allow each participant to work at his or her own pace and comfort level. Silver Social Hour Grab a friend or two and sign up for this exciting new social hour playing a few board games or your favorite card game. Every Thursday afternoon at the RSC, you can choose from a variety of games, including chess, checkers, mahjong, bridge and a few others. Coffee and ice water will be provided.
