Boxing for Life

A high-impact cardio-fight fitness program. It incorporates fight routines, free weights, resistance training and cardio into a highenergy motivational hour! Participants should wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Boxing gloves and hand weights are provided. Everyone is welcome and this is perfect for all; young, old, experienced and beginners! * This class is especially effective when combined with our Spin class. Yogalates

The minimum age requirement is 15 years old. Participants 12-14 years of age may work out if accompanied by a parent or guardian, 18 years and older. Anyone under the age of 12 cannot use the fitness rooms due to insurance requirements. All participants are encouraged to consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. Co-Ed Cardio Room: Work out in our cardio room featuring Cardio Theatre and Precor & Track Master machines such as cross trainers, upright & recumbent bikes, steppers, treadmills, rowers and more! The theatre consists of 8 flat screen televisions on different stations for your entertainment. Standard 3.5 mm headphones are required for the audio. Participants may bring their own headphones or purchase a pair for $5 at the front desk. Co-Ed Weight Room: Top quality Magnum weight machines, including leg extension, leg sled, cablecross over, biceps, chest press, free-weight stations and more.
