Simley Theatre Spring Musical “The Wizard of Oz” Senior Preview: Wednesday, April 25, 3:30pm, Free

In this charming theatrical adaptation based on the popular L. Frank Baum stories, Dorothy and her dog Toto are caught in a tornado’s path and somehow end up in the land of Oz. She meets memorable friends and foe in her journey to meet the Wizard of Oz, who everyone says can help her return home and possibly grant her new friends their goals of a brain, heart, and courage. Held at Simley High School Performing Arts Center.

Ladies Tea and Fashion Show Saturday, May 19, 1 – 4pm, $15

Special Events One Act Radio Show - Actors Meeting Friday, April 6, 10-11am

Interested in being part of the cast? Attend a short meeting to discuss the second part of the One-Act Radio Show produced last fall. A few previous cast members are no longer able to participate so we are looking for new individuals to take on these roles. Cast members are not required to memorize the script nor have previous acting or theatrical experience, simply an interest and enthusiasm for being part of a fun “radio-show style” production! The cast has a great time and encourages curious minds to attend the meeting even if you’re not sure about committing. We will discuss the script, read lines and discuss the rehearsal schedule and performance date.
