Paint N’ Sip (ages 16 and up)

Paint Your Own Pet (ages 16 and up)

Interested in painting? Come for this fun class taught by staff from Cheers Pablo. No painting experience necessary. Just come and have fun! Brushes, paints, canvas and fun provided! We’ll be painting a MN themed painting. Non-alcoholic drinks and snack will be provided.

We will be painting our pets off of an image of your choice. The instructor will take your image and turn it into a paint by number, making this class a fun and successful experience for all! You can choose to paint any animal you would like. No art/design/painting experience necessary. Whether you held a paint brush yesterday or thirty years ago, you are more than welcome to attend! All supplies, light appetizers, and beverage are included in the class. Do not wear your favorite shirt of all time. This is not a super messy activity, but there is always a risk of getting a little paint on your shirt. To complete your registration you must email Maddy (pets @mpdesignart.com) a handful of photos of your pet by October 1 (with subject line October 11/IGH/Human Name). The photos are the basis for the class and are very important, so don’t forget it. If Maddy does not receive your photos ten days or more before class, you will not have a paint by number outline for class. Please read directions on how to submit your photos and learn more about this class here: https//www.mpdesignart. com/greetings#/paint-your-own-pet/

Swimming Lessons Swimming Lessons

Program Policies Classes with less than the required minimum enrollment may be canceled one week prior to start date. • Make-up classes will not be available for students who miss a class and fees will not be pro-rated or refunded. • Children who are not toilet trained must wear a cloth diaper with plastic pant, swimsuit diaper, or disposable diaper. (Disposable diapers are available for sale at Guest Services) • Pool temperature in the lap pool is 81 degrees (AugustFebruary) and 84 degrees (March-July).

Enrolling in the Appropriate Class Choosing the appropriate swimming class for your child depends upon skill mastery and instructor recommendation. Class levels build on skills learned in previous sessions, so it is common for students to repeat a level several times before mastering all required skills before moving on. Check your child’s completion certificate at the end of the session which indicates the next class level or consult with your child’s instructor before enrolling for the next session. If your child is at least five years old and this is your child’s first time taking lessons or the first time your child is in our program, we recommend attending a free swimming level assessment.

Registration Deadline The deadline to register is seven days before the course begins. Classes that do not have the minimum number of participants registered a week before the start of the session may be canceled. We accept swimming lesson registrations up until the deadline or when class size reaches the maximum.
