Planning Controls - Greater Bendigo Planning Scheme The site is in the General Residential Zone (formerly the Residential 1 Zone) and abuts a Road Zone Category 1 in the form of Lockwood Road. No overlays affect the site. The subdivision of the site requires a permit under the zone provisions and because the site abuts a Road Zone Category 1.
