Snowmobile/ATV Routes By-Law Are you familiar with The City of Flin Flon’s ATV and snowmobile By-laws? ATV use of City roadways shall only be permitted between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. To operate an ATV on a roadway, the following regulations must be followed under The Off Road Vehicles Act: • ATV’s must be registered to operate on a roadway. • Drivers of ATVs must be 16 years of age, and have a valid driver’s license to operate on roadways.

Persons wishing to make a presentation to City Council must give notice of their intention to do so on the Thursday preceding the Council meeting. To allow Council to prepare, some advance indication of the subject matter and intent of the presentation must also be given in writing at the time of giving notice.

NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC The City of Flin Flon is requesting the assistance of residents and business owners by ensuring that their garbage stand or garbage bin is readily accessible to the employees doing the daily pickup of garbage. Please ensure that the snow is removed from the lids of your garbage stand or bin. Please also ensure a pathway is cleared to the stand or bin. An inaccessible garbage stand or bin may result in garbage not being picked up. We thank you for your co-operation and assistance with ensuring our employees are able to perform the required pickup in a safe and efficient manner. October 14, 2016
