Minds in Motion® is designed for people living with early-stage memory loss due to Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias and a friend, family member or care partner. Enjoy light exercise conducted by a certified fitness instructor, followed by activities or games and social time in a relaxed atmosphere. Light refreshments will be provided. Tri-Cities Better at Home

A program designed to help seniors remain independent at home. Helps seniors with simple day to day tasks, which allows them to maintain their independence and stay connec ted to the community. Program offers light housekeeping, transport to doctor’s appointments and grocery shopping. Sponsored by SHARE Family and Community Services, United Way and the Government of BC.
