TIME Program

An entry level exercise program for seniors with balance and mobility impairments, who are otherwise unable to attend a community exercise class. Improve strength, balance and coordination. Health screening form must be completed at first class. In partnership with Fraser Health Authority, Fall and Injury Prevention. Together In Movement and Exercise (TIME) is a community based exercise program for people with balance and mobility challenges. The specialized circuit style class was created in partnership with the Fraser Health Authority providing a structured, safe and fun environment. Participants must be able to walk 30 feet with or without a walking aid.

Ballet Fit

Get your fitness journey started in the right direction. In this three-week program you will learn about weight room fundamentals, nutrition tips and the benefits of working out with a group. A personal trainer will take you through fun workouts and answer all your questions about health and fitness.
