Falls Prevention Mobile Clinic A multi-disciplinary approach to the prevention of falls and fall-related injuries. Participants will have the opportunity to sit one-on-one with various health professionals for 20-minute sessions, including a pharmacist, nurse, kinesiologist, and physiotherapist.
