Recreation Center In the Recreation and Parks Strategic Plan the community feedback identified a need for an indoor recreation center to provide unmet services within the city. The plan recommends a recreation center that should be approximately 40,000 square feet of enclosed space. The location for the center has not been determined. A recreation center would be a focal point for youth and adult athletic programs as well as provide community meeting space.
