Attached is a copy of the standards so that each of you is aware of the requirements. Please discontinue the use of the globe logo on any Citrus Valley Chapter related materials. The only exception is the Member of Excellence logo you received for 2012-13. Per HQ since this was issued prior to the changes it is okay to still use.

Pathways to Excellence (P2E) Pathways to Excellence is a program offered by IAAP that allows you to track your progress as a member of excellence within IAAP. The program is entering its sixth year and begins with the signing of a commitment form. Below are links to the commitment form, criteria and tracking worksheet. It is much easier than you might think and we have some wonderful mentors in our chapter that will answer your questions if you ask them. Please note that you do not need to send anything to HQ until you have met the required criteria. You will then submit online. It is encouraged that you keep a copy of your criteria for at least one year in the event you are selected for audit. If you are working on P2E you should have been sent a portfolio folder that you can track your progress via Dropbox. This is not required, but if you have not received and would like a folder sent to you let Vicki know.
