1. Aggressively inflicting bodily injury to anyone at anytime within School premises for any reason, or to others outside of the School premises in any dispute which may tarnish the reputation and image of CISM. 2. Physical assault against management, administrators, trustees, officers, or other employees of the School. 3. Verbal, non-verbal, visual, gestural or physical, and/or cyber sexual harassment or sexual assault to a student or minor. 4. Engaging in disgraceful / indecent / immoral / unbecoming / scandalous / offensive / lascivious conduct, act or behavior within School premises.

5. Violent Acts: Using violence, force, coercion, threats, or intimidation on any employee within or outside School premises. 6. Provoking or inciting a fight, or fighting during work hours, or getting involved in any altercation, verbal or physical, or deliberately pushing or shoving another employee or person within School premises. 7. Serious and grave misconduct, including serious disrespect against School officials, other persons in authority, co-workers, students, or patrons in a manner that indicates contempt or insolence or arrogance. Uttering profane language, or derogatory remarks or statements.

II. Against School Interest 1. Unexcused Absence or Absence Without Official Leave (AWOL) for five (5) or more days in any given month, despite a return-to-work order by the supervisor/management. Employee’s deliberate and unjustified refusal to resume employment and clear intention to sever the employer-employee relationship will constitute abandonment of work. 2. Habitual and Excessive Tardiness: Total days tardy is twenty (20%) or more of school year-to-date days worked.

3. Submission of fraudulent documents, misrepresentation, omission and falsification of any kind or inducing another employee to falsify School or personal records, documents, credentials, etc. 4. Giving false testimony or committing perjury during an official investigation authorized or being conducted by the School. 5. other employees. Willful and intentional breach of trust in the conduct of one’s job. 6. Offering, soliciting, promising or accepting anything of value or soliciting gifts, gratuities, payments or favors of any kind from suppliers and all other persons or parties whom an employee or the School transacts business or has a working relationship with. 7. Bribing or offering, giving, receiving, promising or soliciting money, a gift, reward, anything of value or other inducement(s) to or by an employee; to seek a benefit, favor, persuade or to influence the action/behavior of an employee in the discharge of his/her duties and responsibilities which may influence the employee’s work assignment. Termination 8. Disclosing/leaking of confidential information and documents, techniques, and methods to an unauthorized employee/person or to a non-CISM employee without prior approval from the Headmaster/President. Acts contributing to sabotage or espionage including divulging confidential School information. 9. Forging signatures of CISM signatories on School documents or falsely representing the School or falsely representing himself/herself as an authorized signatory in any document or transaction or using the school logo/letterhead without written and documented authorization from Headmaster/President. 10. Deliberate restraint, sit down, slowdown, concerted work stoppage, interruption, disruption or stoppage of work/output.

11. Gross insubordination, deliberate neglect or outright refusal to obey legitimate orders (verbal or written). Conscious and intentional refusal to acknowledge official communication and insolence. 12. Disloyalty to or abetting harm against the School. Doing any act that is contrary, prejudicial, or damaging to the interest of the School, or abets the effort of another party to inflict or cause any form of harm or damage to the School’s prestige, image or reputation. 13. Making false, spiteful or malicious remarks, criticism, comments concerning the School, its administration, officers, or operations. 14. Willful and gross misconduct, gross incompetence, and/or gross inefficiency in the performance of duties, whether or not the School suffers a loss or damage in either case. Gross, willful and habitual dereliction or neglect of one’s duties.

15. Deliberate deviation from standard operating procedures or violations of CISM Policy Manual resulting in the delay or damage or disruption to School operations. 16. Engagement in activities which destroy or disrupt School operations, undermine the credibility of the School administration or the enforcement of discipline of its staff or its students and which will place the School in jeopardy or cause damage to its prestige, image or reputation. 17. III. Against Security and Public Order 1. Unauthorized carrying of any deadly, dangerous or lifethreatening weapon within School premises at any time. Carrying or possession or use of firearms, explosives or other deadly weapons such as fan knife, dagger, ice pick, gun, etc. on School premises. 2. Commission of a crime, whether work-related or not. Commission of a crime involving moral turpitude.

3. Subversive acts, inciting or participation in riot and any kind of disorder, whether on campus or off campus. 4. Tampering or unauthorized removal of fire fighting equipment or smoke detectors from designated areas.

IV. Against Property 1. Attempting to tamper and destroy or tampering, damaging or destroying intentionally or through negligence School / employee / student’s property (including computer files and resources) or belongings or other person’s property or possessions in trust or in custody of the School.

2. Attempting to open or unauthorized opening or forced entry of any classroom/room/office, door, window, drawer, cabinet, safe, or any other School property, possession, or belongings. 3. inferior quality or lesser value. 4. Attempting to obtain or obtaining materials with the use of fraudulent purchase orders or falsified letter, memoranda, or other authorization. 5. Attempting to bring / take out employee or student funds, property (material or intellectual), belongings or equipment from the School without prior written approval or authorization from the President / Headmaster. 6. Robbery, theft or unauthorized removal or taking or bringing out of funds, equipment, tools, supplies, property (material or intellectual), or other items that are school property or the property of other employees, regardless of the value or condition of said property.

7. Embezzlement, malversation and/or misappropriation of School funds / assets. 8. Personal use of School funds. 9. Intentionally hacking into the School’s computer systems for exploitation or exploration or for spreading a virus/worm/malware. Deliberately and maliciously deactivating the installed anti-virus protection and firewall causing a grave breach in the computer systems security resulting in vulnerability and/or damage to the School’s files, data, hard drives, etc. V. Against Public Morals 1. Use, possession, sale, distribution of or any attempt to sell, transfer, or use prohibited, illegal, or habit-forming drugs or substances. 2. Reporting for work under the influence of prohibited, illegal, or habit-forming drugs or substances. 3. Gambling or engaging in betting or lottery within School premises.

4. Sexual or other unlawful harassment.

VI. Against Health and Safety 1. Knowingly harboring and failing to report to Headmaster/President a personal medical condition or contagious disease which may endanger the health and safety of School employees, officers, students, and other members of the School community.

2. Failure to follow safety rules and regulations resulting in serious damage and/or grave injury to any member of the School community.

I. Against Persons 1. Discourtesy, insult or willful disrespect by the employee on the honor of the School officer, his/her fellow employee or any member of the CISM community. 2. Insubordination: Refusal to obey or failure to follow or inciting/urging other employees not to follow or obey a supervisor’s orders or instructions, or refusal to perform work assigned by a supervisor, or refusal to comply with established guidelines. 3. Intrigue: Deliberately spreading or disseminating false, inaccurate or misleading information about any officer or employee calculated to prejudice the reputation and/or standing of the employee/officer. 4. Threatening, intimidating, coercing or inducing a fellow employee or a member of the School community to violate CISM rules and regulations for whatever purpose or reason.

5. Threatening, bullying, intimidating or coercing a fellow employee; any unbecoming conduct, use of profane, rude, offensive, hurtful and abusive language in addressing a superior or colleague or member of the CISM community. 6. Withholding cooperation: Refusal to cooperate with fellow employees to ensure performance or completion of tasks, or refusal to cooperate or provide information in an official investigation so as to cause unnecessary delay, or obstruct the cause of justice, unwarranted interference or pressure on security personnel in the CISM Policy Manual for Support Staff

II. Against School Interest 1. Refusal to render overtime (O/T) work without valid or justifiable reason. Failure to report for scheduled overtime work. 2. Failure to report to HR the next working day that actual O/T work rendered to CISM is less than the O/T hours initially filed for. 3. Malingering: Not reporting to work under a claim of sickness or pretending to be indisposed although not actually sick to avoid assigned work. 4. Failure to return to work promptly upon expiration of leave of absence without prior approval and permission.

5. Dishonesty in filing leaves or having one’s time logged in/out by a security guard or other employee. 6. Doing personal work during office hours, using school materials, equipment or facilities or abuse of school time for personal or unauthorized business. 7. Concealment of one’s knowledge of commission of fraud, deceit or other form of dishonesty against the School, its employees, students, or patrons. 11. Abuse of authority: abusing the exercise of one’s authority or taking undue advantage of such authority resulting in undue oppression or harassment of a subordinate or fellow employee.

III. Against Security and Public Order 1. Smoking on School premises/campus at anytime; 2. Cooking on school premises/campus at anytime; 3. Sleeping overnight on school premises/campus at anytime; 4. Allowing or assisting unauthorized persons to enter School premises and property or restricted areas, regardless of whether it resulted in loss or damage to the School or School property; 5. IV. Against Property 1. Improper or unauthorized use or possession of School property (including unauthorized access to the School’s computer & network systems), records and documents or property of members of the CISM community that is in custody or held in trust by or left in confidence at / in the School; 2. Using School facilities, equipment, materials and/or vehicles for private and personal use without prior approval; 3. Unauthorized notices, removing, mutilating or disfiguring notices posted in the Bulletin Board and other areas.

4. Intentional/deliberate destruction, damage, misuse, harm of or to School property and records, including vandalism. 5. Failure to respond and/or report a computer virus/worm/malware causing the virus/worm/malware to spread to other School computers.

V. Against Public Morals 1. Drunkenness or drinking alcoholic beverages within School premises during or beyond working hours except on occasions or social events when allowed by the School;

Improper and unprofessional behavior and decorum including but not limited to: shouting, use of vulgar and belligerent language inappropriate reaction to criticism of job performance or conduct, persistent complaining, outbursts of anger, swearing, displays anger or hostility, or behavior related to obsession with another person at the school. 2. Engaging in disruptive acts that interferes and/or affects the CISM community. Examples include, but are not limited to: waving arms or fists, throwing things, pounding or kicking a desk or door, or slamming a door.

IV. Against Property 1. Installation and/or use of private software, esp. unlicensed software, such as games in the School’s computers. 2. Accessing chat rooms, watching non-education / non-work related videos, personal Skype-ing, playing non-education related computer games, whether using School property or personal property during School hours. 3. Moving desktop computer equipment, printer(s), peripherals, audio / visual equipment, and other communication equipment from the office / classroom in which they were installed/assigned without authorization or proper sign-out. 4. Use of school communication system and other details such as email address, telephone and fax number, school address and misrepresenting such contact details as one’s own for personal business / transactions for financial gain. 5. Failure to report damage or loss of school property under the employee’s immediate responsibility.

V. Against Public Morals 1. Failure to report a breach in the School’s policy on illegal drugs, habit-forming substances, alcohol, and gambling.

**The School reserves the right to impose the appropriate disciplinary action on offenses not otherwise listed above.
