Handmade Upholstered Furniture

Upholstered furniture must be comfortable and built to last. For those of us who select American country for our decor, it absolutely must have the correct traditional look as well. Our handmade upholstered furniture is comfortable, beautiful and consistent with circa 1820 designs. Frames are made of kiln dried Maple with mortise & tenon joints. Legs are built into the frame, not attached later. American made no-sag springs are used before expert craftsmen pad the arms, backs and wings to provide the distinctive shapes. Fabrics are cut to insure the pattern is flow-matched and balanced. Each piece is made to order in your choice of fabric and ships by special carrier within 6-8 weeks. Prices vary depending upon the grade of fabric selected. A selection of sample fabrics are available for $12 (refundable with your first Upholstered Furniture order.) Order stock # TC-Fabric.

Each Chandelier is shipped ready to wire into your switched junction box and comes complete with drip candle sleeves. Tavern Signs

Before streets were named or houses numbered, and in a time when many folks were unable to read, the large, colorful images displayed on Tavern Signs provided purveyors an eye catching way to attract patrons into their establishments. Sherry's original paintings of these iconic signs are replicated and printed on a thin, rigid material, then glued by Roger to light-weight Eastern White Cedar backing boards, framed with a simple Black wood frame and aged to give them an "olde weathered" look. Each comes fully equipped with both eye-bolt hangers at the top and a wire hanger on the back.
