FRIDAY NIGHT EVENTS: Friday nights are open for special events/workouts/TBA OPEN GYM SATURDAYS: 8:30AM -10:00AM...Didn' t get all your workouts in during the week and still want to get a workout in? Come to the gym on Saturday mornings and complete the Workout of the Day on your own time between 8:30AM & 10:00AM. Cindi and/or Julia will be there to assist if you need it. Class Descriptions: BLAST 50 = 50 Minute Class Time REP Blast 50: a 50 minute interval training program. New workouts are created each week focusing on upper and lower body strength and cardiovascular fitness. A variety of exercises are implemented incorporating weights, TRX suspension bands, steps, stability balls and more. Our certified trainers will assist you on proper form and teach you how to use equipment you have never used before. All fitness levels and age ranges are encouraged to attend. TRX Blast 50: TRX suspension training is a full-body workout, targeting specific muscle groups. Suspension training builds strength with every exercise by creating an element of instability that calls on your core to provide balance and coordination. An alternative to traditional weight training or resistance exercise program.
