The Cincinnati Museum Center celebrates Train Weekend Saturday-Sunday, Dec. 19-20. Already hosting Holiday Junction in the history museum, a large collection of model trains in a winter wonderland (through Jan. 3,) Train Weekend celebrates the mode of transportation with an extra focus on the holidays. “‘Twas the Night Before Christmas,” a live recreation of a 1940s radio program, is in the Newsreel Theater at 1, 2, and 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Character interpreter William Turner will offer stories from the Pullman porter days at Union Terminal from the 1940s at 2 p.m. Saturday, in the history museum.
