e¢ ntry p a c Es e Cou Real Farming for Children to th Church Farm Guided Educational Tours &Talks for Schools, Nurseries, Clubs and Groups
Church Farm covers 175 acres to the south of Ardeley (between Stevenage and Buntingford). Here you will find mixed farming, small fields and intimate diversity of enterprises. Our ambition is to have a farm that produces maximum variety of food, with 50% less fossil fuels from farm to fork. We want to enhance the environment and build community, to treat the land, wildlife and animals as they should be treated and grow great food.
Guided Tours & Talks - duration 1 hour
• Jump aboard a Tractor and Trailer for a tour of the farm. Learn about the farm animals on a traditional mixed farm, feed the pigs and chickens and visit the kitchen garden to see how our animals help grow veg. • Alternatively, get your wellies on and see the farm by foot.
Interactive Activities - duration 1 hour
