How to access parent/student information in

Go to www.charmsoffice.com, and click the “ENTER” link at upper right.

Locate the “PARENT/STUDENT/MEMBERS LOGIN” section of the web page.

Login to your our program account using our School Code: CHSChoirBoosters

Locate the Student Area Password box and enter your unique password as shown on red line below: _____________ Another more detailed screen appears with options to view your student’s profile, financial records, etc... Once you have first entered this ID number, you should create your own, unique password by clicking on the Change Password icon (key & lock).

Two areas in which you can help the director maintain her records: 1. Update Personal Information – you may make changes to your student’s information page (such as updating phone numbers and email addresses if they change) to help the teacher communicate with you more effectively. Click thePersonal Info icon.

2. You can make credit card payments for fees, trips and deposits to your student’s account. Note: payments made via CHARMS are immediately reflected on your student’s account and will cost you the same as payments by cash/check! Click the Finances icon (wallet) and you will see blue buttons in the main areas of the financial statement indicating your ability to make online payments. You can also make credit card purchases for some items via the Online Store (shopping cart) icon.
