Steven Gaffney Architecture – Santa Ana, CA Associate, August 2009 – April 2011 Main Street Promenade – Visalia, CA – Project Manager for Schematic Design through Construction Administration duties on new $10 million, 25,000 SF commercial and retail development. Maintaining project schedule and budget while addressing RFI’s, change orders and submittals. Project completed August 2011. San Dimas City Hall – San Dimas, CA – Schematic Design through Construction Administration duties on $11.7 million, 41,000 SF renovation and addition to existing City Hall and Community Center. Project completed March 2011.
Nestor + Gaffney Architecture – Santa Ana, CA Project Manager, May 2006 – July 2009 San Dimas Grove Station – San Dimas, CA – Schematic Design through Construction Administration duties on 110 unit mixed-use residential and commercial development. Housing types developed to meet a variety of income and affordability requirements to rejuvenate downtown San Dimas. Phase 1 completed 2010. Phases 2-4 ongoing. Sé Hotel – San Diego, CA – Project Manager for Schematic Design through Construction Administration duties on $75 million development consisting of a 175,000 SF 23-story hotel tower, 7,000 SF spa and 14,000 SF restaurant. Duties included managing project schedule, attending and directing construction meetings, responding to RFI’s, assessing change orders and processing applications for payment. Project completed March 2009. Andrei’s Restaurant – Irvine, CA – Design Development through Construction Administration duties for this $3 million 13,500 SF restaurant and events facility. Close interaction with client and interior designer to deliver high-end product with attention to detail. Project completed 2009. CERTIFICATIONS
