Community-Level Market Reports The Durham Region Association of REALTORS® is very pleased to publish the Community Summary Report for the second quarter of 2012. The Community Summary Report is designed to provide more detailed information to DRAR members about each community within Durham Region in an easy-to-read summary format. DRAR will publish this new report on an ongoing, quarterly basis. Community Summaries are organized by municipality and include maps showing where the communities are located within each area. In addition to the summary information provided, DRAR members have access to full community reports providing statistics by housing type by visiting the “MLS® Information” page on REALTOR Link®.

Statistics are updated on a monthly basis. Quarterly community statistics in this report may not match quarterly sums calculated from past TREB publications.
