This mixed-use development—totaling over 40 acres—is home to retail locations, office buildings, athletic fields, the new Hyatt Place Hotel, and now: Elevon. Elevon at Campus El Segundo is a modern office and retail center. Complete with compelling architecture, picturesque water walls, and lounge areas, Elevon is designed to enhance your relationship with the environment around you, with many design elements built to encourage a better indoor/outdoor relationship. INGLEWOOD AVAIRE SOUTH BAY With LAX being transformed into a world class airport and future Metro projects already underway, modern methods of transportation are increasingly influencing our way of life (and not just through traffic). Responding to that influence is Avaire South Bay, a transit-oriented apartment community built in the Inglewood neighborhood. Located across from the Aviation/LAX Metro Green Line Rail Station, Avaire South Bay apartments are not only luxurious but also public transit friendly, looking to breathe new life into the community along Aviation Boulevard. Opened in 2016, Avaire features over 250 apartments and is building a community “where your life can take flight.”

LOS ANGELES Sandstone properties A community’s success often depends on relevance and growth, not just the amazing men and women that work and live within its boundaries. Sandstone Properties, a Los Angeles-based real estate firm, is helping fulfill both of these requirements through their newest development along Sepulveda Boulevard. Johnson Fain, an architecture firm, is working with Sandstone Properties to develop a 175 resident, 5-story apartment building adjacent to the Howard Hughes Center that will not only allow for increased growth within the community, but will also offer over $87,000 worth of upgrades to the Sepulveda streetscape. This property is one of many working to improve living conditions and foot traffic throughout the area, however, as of print time a project timeline has yet to be released.
