Bilingual professional with a background centered on Human Resources, Industrial Psychology and Business Administration. My degree in psychology has taught me how to attract people and work effectively with all types of personalities. I am an excellent problem solver and thrive on building creative solutions. LAR Staffing Administrator Support - Manpower under contract to Intel Costa Rica 2013 - Current: Provide support to Global Talent Acquisition department in their recruitment processes along LAR. Focus in management of technological solutions as Taleo, Hirevue, AMS and digital tests. Also supported related task as sourcing active and passive candidates from different channels.  Achievements:  Awarded with a certificate of recognition for being an outstanding employee.  Responsible for external passive sourcing activities with 500+ resumes processed in the first quarter.  Collaborate in the coordinating of workshop activities, assessment centers and jobs fairs related with external and internal customers.  Team member of English Test implementation project for LAR region. Professional Experience

 Business Administrator - Grupo Motores Británicos (Division: Protica S.H. S.A.) 2011 – 2013: Supported the day-to-day management of financial, budgetary, personnel and logistic functions of the company. Supervised and coordinated all the Human Resources duties of the division.  Achievements:  Linked the company with an INA/MICIT project oriented to an ISO 22000 certification process.  Demonstrate strong negotiating and follow-through abilities leading the process of establishing of commercial relationships and collaborations with Dos Pinos and Alimentos Kamuc as new clients.

Training Developer - Metanoia Consultoría 2010 – 2011: Developed and conducted training classes, prepared speeches and guidelines/procedures; also I taught employees new and efficient ways to perform their jobs based on group and individual techniques.  Achievements:  Supported workshops as a part of training program of Banco Nacional de Costa Rica replicated overall the sites in Costa Rica. Psychometrics Department Assistant - Preselección Empresarial S. A. 2008: Conducted a psychometric evaluating role and prepared psychological reports for selection and recruitment processes.
