Immediately post a full description of your property in the Multiple Listing Service, the information center for the real estate brokerage community. Make the property available for preview on the Sotheby’s International Realty website, sothebysrealty.com, and on our local website, www.chrisclemanssir.com and on the Sotheby’s eGallery that displays your property on Plasma’s TV’s in all Sotheby’s Offices around the world and the Auction House. Photograph your property and create and distribute a brochure and virtual tour to the brokerage community and prospective clients. Advertise your property in local and/or national newspapers and magazines. Your property will be included in the SIR Mobile App, a mobile house-hunting tool. Show your property to prospective buyers by appointment. Be available to preview the property to other real estate agents (if needed). Host an Open House for the real estate brokerage community and their prospective buyers. Host a Public Open House (with your approval). Keep you regularly informed of the responses from prospective buyers. Send a sample of advertising for the property. Use all available promotional materials to ensure maximum exposure to potential buyers. A color postal card announcing the availability of your property will be mailed to specifically targeted areas.
