Community Housing Partnership’s first ever dedicated Training & Development Center will open in early 2014!

Building a new community starts right when you move in! Staff reaches out to new clients every 5 days for the first 3 months.

Solving homelessness isn’t just about finding a home. CHP has an integrated network of services, from housing to employment, to ensure each client has an individualized pathway to success.
