Erickson Park is a 15-acre park with 400 ft of shoreline. Amenities include a handicapped-accessible boardwalk and pier perfect for fishing, a handicapped-accessible boat launch, a bike trail, and a bridge that connects Erickson and Irvine Parks.
A network of trails leads from the Chippewa Moraine David R. Obey Ice Age Interpretive Center into the surrounding forests, lakes, and ridges that make up the Ice Age Scientific Reserve.

The 33,000-acre area offers excellent terrain for a variety of recreational trails including over half of the Chippewa County’s section of the Ice Age Hiking Trail.
The Chippewa Riverfront is located in the heart of downtown Chippewa Falls. This beautiful multi-use space lines the Chippewa River banks offering fishing, stunning views of the Xcel Energy Dam, picnic spaces, and more. An outdoor amphitheater is used for Summer concerts and the Northwoods Blues Festival.
