WORKSHOPS

Chinese Arts Centre is the leading organisation for the promotion of contemporary Chinese art in the UK.

Chinese Arts Centre can deliver workshops exploring themes within our current exhibition and residency programme, or tailor workshops to your interests. Artists are available to work with a wide range of groups across the North West region including schools, adults and SEN groups. Workshops can be delivered at a venue of your choice or within our education suite.

Working with the best creative talent we run a lively programme of exhibitions, residencies, engagement projects, festivals, international projects and events which ������������������������������������������� of contemporary Chinese art. As part of our education and engagement programme, we are excited to offer a range of contemporary art workshops and creative events both within our centre and out in schools and community groups in your local area.

PROJECTS We are always interested in developing exciting contemporary arts projects working with a wide range of communities, with different partners across the Northwest. If you would like to work together to develop an exciting project then feel free to get in touch with us!


ARTISTS Lydia Meying

We have a team of dedicated artists covering �������������������������������������������� graphy, drawing, illustration, animation, performing arts, graphic design, large-scale installation projects and much more!

TOURS We have a continually changing exhibition and residency programme and are able to give your group free guided tours, often with the artists themselves or the curator. This combined with a workshop would make an exciting day out for your group!

FREE ADMISSION FULLY ACCESSIBLE We welcome groups and school parties. Please contact us so that we can make the most of your visit. GETTING THERE Chinese Arts Centr����������������������� walk from Victoria station, or a 10-15 minute walk from Piccadilly Station. The Centre is also easily accessible by bus, with the Shudehill Transport Interchange just across the road. The Market Street and Shudehill tram stations are also nearby.
