Stepping Stone to Employability: Case Study Film

Our Stepping Stones Employability Programme for Young People continues to grow with Pebble Brook, Chiltern Way Academy Prestwood and The Mandeville School starting a programme with us for the first time this term.

We were very excited when Louise Butt of Buckinghamshire Business First approached us to make a Case Study Film to showcase our programme. So we went to Alfriston School, who have been partnering with us for several years now to make the film. A big thanks to all of our friends at Alfriston. We hope that the film gives a visual taster of all the steps of our Stepping Stones Triangle that young people with Special Educational Needs need in order to make a successful transition from the safety of a small special school setting into the world of work.

Our Community Projects Manager, Paul Stack is the lead for the programme and is always on the look out for volunteers (subject to safeguarding checks) , corporate supporters, funders and young people groups to sustain this vital work.
