The year 2009-10 was heralded with great jubilation in the CHILDLINE network as it brought with it the launch of the Integrated Child Protection Scheme (ICPS) by the Ministry of Women and Child Development (MWCD). In the 2009-10, the CHILDLINE network responded to 2.1 million calls.
