Chicago-Kent had the third-highest “ultimate bar passage” rate among the Chicago law schools—behind only the University of Chicago and Northwestern—on the most recent American Bar Association report of the percentage of 2017 law school graduates who passed the bar exam in any jurisdiction within two years of graduation. The law school is committed to providing students with the academic foundation necessary for success on the bar exam and provides students with a number of resources to assist with bar readiness including review sessions and an Intensive Essay Writing Lab.
