HOW TO BOOK FOR BOOKINGS OF THREE MONTHS PLUS Once you have confirmed your booking, we will issue:

A Full Tenancy Agreement (Corporate or Individual), to be signed and witnessed by both parties

A Rent Request for the first 13 weeks (3 months),

A deposit equal to 4 weeks rent, both of which must be paid in advance. (The deposit is refundable at the end of the stay plus interest).

Dilapidations will be deducted from the deposit and the balance returned to the client.

Preferred method of payment is by BACS (bank transfer), CHAPS (same-day bank transfer) or by Cheque (allowing for 5 working days to clear).
