e-Learning Certificate # 51006 GC Admission: All applicants to the program should have previously earned a bachelor’s degree. Applicants wishing to pursue a Master’s degree in Educational Foundations emphasizing Instruction Technology must apply to the Graduate School for admission into the program. Applicants wishing to pursue only the certificate program must apply to the graduate school for admissions as a special non-degree student. Students will be sent all admission requirements, applications, and forms. Beginning Fall 2006, same courses will also be available online.
