Co-Sponsored Sports Camps Co-Sponsored Scholarship Program In cooperation with the Portage Community Center, the City of Portage has established a Youth Recreation Scholarship Program that will provide scholarships for the Youth Basketball, Volleyball and Football Camps listed on pages 12 & 13. These scholarships are available to any City of Portage youth, age 18 and under, living in a household meeting the established income guidelines. Interested families should contact the Portage Community Center at 323-1942 for more information.
